Balfour Beatty Investments
Cube were invited to pitch for the Balfour Beatty Investments account. We were given three briefs to complete as part of the pitching process. One of these briefs was for a campaign to improve staff engagement with the annual survey.
I came up with the idea of a cross continent competition where a pound or a dollar was donated to a national children’s charity, and then set awards for the first office, city and country to successfully return 100% of their surveys.
I also designed a microsite so staff could track and share the progress and results whilst the campaign was active.
